VI Expert Plans?

    I was looking over the test server information in reguards to the upcoming DLC 11. And I had heard from a few people in game a bit ago about speculation of the new raids Dropping expert versions of the VI plans. Can someone confirm or dismiss this information please?

    Like someone already said, spytle has tweeted twice now about dlc11 not having VI expert plans. Ive run all 3 raids on test and any1 in my groups that got plans received regular VI plans. Any1 saying they have gotten them i say screen shots or its not true.
