I cant buy anything from any vendor on any character. Ive tried to relog, switch characters, warp rally, everything. Please help any suggestions are appreciated!
I know you said 'any vendor' but it would help if you were more specific. Some vendor rewards require cash + marks and/or specific privileges or renown.
