So I just finished everything on a character that never ran the Valentines event. When I went to Hal Jordan I could accept the mission again and get hearts. I'm not sure we're supposed to get extra hearts after first running everything? Just to clarify: I didn't get the hearts yet, I need to re do the open world quest.
Saw the same, with a new character or a character u have never run that event before, u can get an extra 3 hearts once, but after that is your daily 3 (open world) + 6 (instance) + 1 (race). Maybe is just a welcome bonus to the event. If i recall correctly this hapenned with the spring event several years ago.
Hopefully that all that is, I wasn't sure if It's a bug or not so posted anyway. But thanks for clarifying!
This was a normal thing with seasonal events until recently. It's actually more abnormal that it doesn't happen the first day of each seasonal than it is to see it happen.
