us ps3 Update 23

Is there any news on when we will be getting update 23. Im sorry if this has already been answered. Please someone help me out.

End of the month was the answer given by a Dev.

"Dont care how i want it now" information about the update's release lol I know they are doing changes and what not. I just wanted to know if there was any update on when the release will be. I would rather them get it right, rather then rush it.
