Do these capes unlock across all of your characters for free or is it only on one character? Just ran across the box and don't want to waste it on someone who won't wear the style. If it unlocks across everyone for free then I'll just consume it on whoever has it.

For future reference all the rewards claimed from the daily reward system are 1 per account but styles can be unlocked with replays.
They also eventually get added to Fate vendor, so that's an alternative to using Replay Badges but ya gotta wait a bit.
i wouldnt recommend doing that since each item costs 1 destiny token. The style unlock is 50 replay badges each if my memory serves me well. Thats 5$ (destiny token) compared to 1,42$ (converted replay badge value).
