Dear DCUO Players, The Offenders, one of the oldest USPC villain leagues, is currently recruiting. We do not require new members to have a specific amount of Skill Points or Combat Rating (CR) but you must be good-looking. We are not really interested in being an effective league but we do clear all raids with relative ease. If you are looking to clear all of the raids, and you are good-looking, please contact Hraesvelg, Domana, or Dam1en for an interview.
