    Episode 31 - Deluge

    Starro Central City and Solo Story Mission
    • Cleaned up Flash scene before the cinematic in CCPD.
    • Ambient Starro and Atlanteans attacking the mission hubs cannot be attacked by players (and do not attack players).
    • Changed Bulletin messaging to revive Flash first then speak to Mera.
    • Fixed issues for loot locks in the Solo content.
    • Increased the amount of collectable spores available in Central City Deluge.
    • Decreased the timer for spores to respawn by half.
    • Starro Menders now heal at a larger radius and for more health.
    • Bounty Iconics in Central City Deluge will now clean up properly when defeated so they respawn again much quicker.
    • Giant Starro Conqueror now spawns at appropriate difficulty.
    • Giant Starro Conqueror weekly mission now auto completes when successfully finished.
    • Decreased the aggro range of basepop in Central City Deluge.
    • The Event and Normal Mode Queuable Solo Mission no longer requires you to complete the full Story Mode version first.
    • Hero and Villain intro and outro cinematics are now playing correctly per faction in the Temple.
    8 Player
    Spindrift
    • Brines will no longer despawn until you successfully exit the underwater rooms.
    • Decreased drowning damage for Event Mode.
    • (Elite) Black Manta's Beam no longer pushes you back if you block in time.
    • Manta's Mines now create Raid-Wide Damage after 5 in a row detonate (Normal Mode) or 3 in a row detonate (Elite Mode).
    • Mera (Ridealong) should now do her special attack less often.
    • Only one oxygen tank per side can now be placed until the fight starts.
    • Warders and Asphyxiators are now larger and easier to see.
    • Tuned Morgwar fight difficulty. The fight should be less trivial.
    • Fixed issue where sometimes the waves crashing through the room weren't dealing damage properly.
    4 Player
    Starro: Invasion (Normal)
    • Fixed issue where the queuing for the regular version of this alert wouldn't prefer to create balanced groups.
    • Tuned a few aberrant abilities for Controlled Supergirl, Controlled Professor Zoom, and Controlled Wildcat.
    • If you use the teleporter outside of the boss room, you should always be put in the same instance you were already in rather than sometimes being put in a new instance.
    2 Player
    Starro: Spreading Spores
    • Added safeguards so that little Starros can't get stuck inside tanks after they spawn.
    • Controlled Penguin should now drop loot.

    Starro: The Threat Below
    • Adding safeguards to make sure Aquaman becomes your ally when he should in the first room.
    Loot
    • Owner Reward Chests can now be interacted with if you are a member or have purchased the episode.
    • Story and Event version of Stemming the Tide should now drop gear.
    • Deluge Loot Caches no longer gives low level loot to players who are above CR218.
    • Deluge Large Loot Cache now gives Atlantean Royal Guard Soder Cola to players below level 30, and gives Soder Cola Extreme to players at level 30.
    • Renamed Atlantean Royal Guard Essence to Oceanic Essence, and updated feat names.
    • "Conquer the Conquerors" mission now gives loot.
    Collections
    • All title collection items will now drop correctly, with increased drop rates.
