New Operation - Blackest Night

And so ends the War of the Light saga, the epic finish to one of DCUO’s most powerful storylines.
A massive Black Lantern has erupted from the blood-soaked streets of war-torn Metropolis and Nekron has risen from this deathly soil. The embodiment of death is no easy foe to defeat and Hal Jordan, Sinestro, and the rest of the champions have been unable to even make a scratch. You must fight alongside Carol Ferris and the Lantern Corps and send Nekron back to the Land of the Unliving in the new Operation, Blackest Night!

• To play this 8-player Operation, your character must be level 30 and have a minimum Combat Rating of 138.

• Open your On Duty Menu and look for the new Operation under Tier 7 of the 8-Player Tab.

Wastelands Wonderland

Imps and demons run amuck in the fiery wasteland, allowing Jacob and Jack to seductively and slowly make their moves. Raven, annoyed as ever by her brothers, has asked for your help in putting them back in their places. Enter the madness and mayhem of the Gotham Wastelands in the new Duo, Wastelands Wonderland!

• To play this 2-player Duo, your character must be level 30 and have a minimum Combat Rating of 138.

• Open your On Duty Menu and look for the new duo under Tier 7 of the 2-Player Tab.

New Legends PvE Event – Oan Sciencells

The newest installment of Legends PvE is now available! Players can test their skills by creating unique teams of iconic DC Legends characters and venture inside the planetary headquarters of the Green Lantern Corps to face some of the universe’s most nefarious criminals in Oan Sciencells!

Players will be rewarded with Marks of Legend for defeating all the bosses and completing the instance – each boss will drop at least one Mark. Players will also be able to earn feat points by completing the achievements in the event itself. Look for Oan Sciencells in the Legends PVE section of the Feats menu.
To queue for the event, just look for Legends: Oan Sciencells under the Events tab in the On Duty menu!

The following Legend will be restricted from participation due to their appearance in the content: Sinestro, and Guy Gardner.

PVP Combat – PC TEST ONLY

• Fixed an issue where occasionally munitions would get its AM damage in an arena.

• Further reduced damage from AMs by 50%.

• Reduced damage on DoTs from Nature, Electric, and Celestial.

• Removed AM damage from Celestial.

• Reduced damage from Nature's Dog Form.

• Further reduced damage from WM and Big combos by 50%.

• Fixed a few other nature abilities that didn’t have the correct damage reduction in pvp.

Powers – PC TEST ONLY
Mental

• Activating Grandeur or using Invisibility now puts you at maximum Resonance, allowing the use of either Mass Levitation or Mass Terror for maximum effect. Note this temporary effect does not trigger Power regeneration and that Psychic Resonance used from the tray is still necessary to trigger Power Regeneration.

• Invisibility: Pyrokinesis may no longer be loaded into the Invisibility loadout tray.

• Mass Hysteria: Reduced Supercharge cost to 50%.

• PCTest Only: To support new "Grandeur shortcut" feature, damage contribution ratios have changed slightly. This means both Mass Terror and Mass Levitation cause a little less damage than before and Pyrokinesis now causes a little more damage.

• Psychic Resonance: Amplifying Resonance by using abilities now refreshes its duration for 3.0 seconds instead of 1.5 seconds. This allows for a better chance at salvaging a rotation if you recover quickly enough.
