    Forged by Hephaestus and empowered by Hestia, the lasso can neither be broken nor resisted when one is bound by it.

    Rank 80: Painful Truth (Damage) -- Mesmerizing Lasso iconic ability no longer pulls its target. Instead it thrashes the target like a whip (Lasso Thrash Legends ability).
    Rank 120: While attacking an enemy, heal for 1% of all damage you receive.
    Rank 160: While attacking an enemy, heal for 1.5% of all damage you receive.
    Rank 200: While attacking an enemy, heal for 2% of all damage you receive.

    (Tank Role) (this is unchanged)
    Rank 80: Inescapable Truth (Tank) -- Mesmerizing Lasso iconic ability no longer pulls target towards you,
    instead tethers and hard taunts (Tank Role) your target to you. Tethered non-boss target will be stunned and dragged towards you for 5 seconds. Additionally, Lasso of Truth will constantly seek out up to 2 additional non-boss targets and drag them towards your tethered target. Stun duration increased to 5 seconds on primary target.
    Rank 120: While tethered to an enemy, heal for 0.5% of all damage it receives.
    Rank 160: Lasso of Truth will constantly seek out up to 7 additional non-boss targets and drag them towards your tethered target.
    Rank 200: While tethered to an enemy, heal for 1% of all damage it receives.

    Roles: Damage or Tank.

    Design Notes: This is essentially the Solar Amplifier and the original Lasso combined. The update is suggested to add missing Damage functionality and add build diversity that would allow players to play outside of powersets and stay viable in endgame. VFX could look like the whip thrash legends power but with the glowing and sparkling appearance of the Lasso Maelstrom legends power.

    Feminum Bracelets (Bracelets of Submission)

    Impenetrable
    Capable of deflecting the strongest attacks, these bracelets put you into an Impenetrable state for (3/3/5/5) seconds when an attack damages you for at least 30% of your health.
    * Absorbs 50% of incoming damage, reapplies over the next (3/3/5/5)
    * Cooldown: (60/60/45/45) seconds.
    * When Impenetrable triggers, the following ability cooldowns are reset: Amazonian Deflection, Density, Gemstone Shield, Immolation, Redirected Rage, and Winter Ward.
    * All [Shield] cooldowns are reduced by 10%.

    Rank 160: Bullets & Bracelets reflects 50% incoming damage back to 3 attackers.
    Rank 200: Bullets & Bracelets reflects 25% incoming damage back to 4 attackers.

    Wonder Woman has always worn a pair of these metal cuffs. She uses the bracelets as her primary method of defense. "Feminum" (also called Amazonium or Eighth Metal) is the name of the metal ore found on Themyscira (Paradise Island) the Amazons use to forge their bracelets.*

    Roles: Tank

    The Bracelets are indestructible metal cuffs worn by all Amazons of Paradise Island. They symbolize the years when the Amazons were subjugated under Hercules. After gaining their independence, the Amazons continued to wear the bracelets as a reminder of their past oppression.

    Design Notes: This is essentially a tweaked clone of Manacles designed to thematically tie into Wonder Woman inspired characters better. VFX would look like the glowing blue bracers effect (but in pale blue/silver instead) from the Legends power and triggered every block.

    The Blessings empower the user granting them the following:
    * When hit by an enemy, increase defence by (3/3/3/5)% for each enemy within 5 yards. (Maximum 15/15/15/20)%
    * Increase healing received by 10%.
    * Regenerate a small amount of health, based on restoration, each time you are struck by an enemy. (0.25 second cooldown)

    Are you just suggesting to redo existing artifacts and give them different names and readjust buffs? Cause Devs arent touching existing Artifacts if they dont have to. They touched Venom Wrist Dispenser and got huge posts about it although we did get free upgrades with it but Devs have stated they dont want to touch Artifacts unless they truly have to for balance purposes.

    Also they probably wont touch them since they are tied to a monetary value. If they werent tied to the MP I could certainly see adjustments made easier but thats the hole hey kinda put themselves in.

    Admittedly these are meant to be mockups of ideas so don't need "correction" but I made some "corrections" I'm posting here because I think they are cleaner to read and better communicate the ideas I was going for. The values themselves are mostly irrelevant since they'd be established by the Dev team.

    Mother Boxes are sentient, autonomous computers typically found on New Genesis.

    Transference
    Mother box grants the following:
    * Using a superpower in combat while between 25% and 75% Power increases your base Power regeneration by (7.5/10/12.5/15)% for 6 seconds.
    * +10% skimming movement powers damage.
    * Teleport [ingame] cooldowns are reduced by 10%.
    * Teleport [powers] cooldowns are reduced by 10%. Changes ingame Teleport VFX to BoomTube VFX.
    * +10% damage to Telekinesis powers (Mass Levitation), Thought Bubble,
    * All [Shield] cooldowns are reduced by 10%
    Omniscience
    Mother Box can sense everything that's going on around it:

    Blue Energy Conduit

    Adds some amount of Dominance, Restoration, and Health.

    Rank 80 Breakthrough - Converts the "Green Lantern Shield" Iconic power into an 8-player Supercharge Shield costing 100% Supercharge, balanced to similar abilities. Also turns it the color blue, the way Solar Amplifier turns the Heat Vision blue, just for the sake of distinguishing it.

    Rank 120 Breakthrough - Blue Lantern Shield Iconic Supercharge also applies a small Heal Over Time to shielded party members that lasts for the duration of the Shield.

    Rank 160 Breakthrough - Blue Lantern Shield Iconic Supercharge also restores additional Power per tick to shielded party members that lasts for the duration of the Shield.

    Rank 200 Breakthrough - When Blue Lantern Shield Iconic Supercharge shield expires, if it has not been fully exhausted by incoming damage, it detonates dealing AOE damage equal to the amount of health left in the shield to all nearby enemies.

    While I commend your well thought out posts. I think a lot of people would agree, we have a lot of artifacts as it is. Now I know options are good. But for me personally I really want them to take a break from releasing new Arts for a little bit or adjust how ridiculous the grind to 200. No ones asking for handouts. But good gracious. If you want to max out a few to 200 for one role? Nevermind if you like playing both roles? Then possibly alts? Its just a little insane to me. You either literally spend hundreds to max out one art or wait years. Big oof.

    I hear you. But I disagree. I want you all to have to level 1000 artifacts. /s ;) Jokes aside, I think artifacts are specifically a struggle for self-identified completionists. Anyone who isn't one has realized we're not meant to do them all. Do the feat but stay focused on the 3-6 that matter to your character. Maybe another 1 to keep for double artXP events to transfer old arts into newer ones that you might like more. I did this last week.

    When I decided to post this thread I realized a few things about arts. That's why I made it a suggestion thread for the whole community.
    1) is that because they can tie into different powers and
    2) tie into different features like trinkets, accessories and
    3) add in completely new functionality they represent a sort of development patch that can "fix" holes in character creation that the current powersets etc and character builder lacks.

    If you look at the Omegahedron overriding Heat Vision VFX as an example and changing how the power looks and works, and then the examples above, you can see how with a bit of tinkering there's a lot of options possible. The way I used them above, suddenly you have a set of arts that makes a Kryptonian or Amazon or Shazam inspired build, that plays (and looks) much closer to what a fan would expect them to, to actually be viable in endgame.

    I made a bunch of notes as I did these for other ones I'll post as I have time (quarantine hello). You'll see how really versatile the arts are and offer characters in the game now. But try not to think of them as "no more of them, plz" because we're not meant to have more than what our characters can use and def not do them all. ;)

    This sounds really fun. Nice use of modifying existing stuff. :) I don't know Blue Lantern lore well enough so I don't know what you're going for -- like does this parallel existing abilities they have or is this just inspired that you came up with? I thought they were like Batteries and Boosters though? Did they change in the books?

    This seems very much like how they would play based on what I saw in the Timm 3d TAS show. <3 I'd roll a Hard Light character if I could make it blue or a Sapphire. :)

    I had some lantern ideas in my notes. You might like those too. They'd pair well with your stuff here I think.

    As I mentioned in another thread, I'd appreciate a flight orientated artifact - which could have appropriate alternates for speed force/acrobatics attacks (assuming they have them, I dunno lol).

    Not going to go into as much depth as OP's suggestions, but something like +% damage on flight attack(s), -% on cool down(s), and the usual health/power/might stat increases we see with superpower arts.
