I just realized that Swooping Combos works with High Pressure from the Flight Tree but not its analog, Cyclonic Burst, from the Skimming Tree. Cyclonic Burst and Low Pressure interact off of one another as do High Pressure and Low Pressure in Flight. This puts Skimming at a disadvantage when using movement abilities. I'm guessing this might just be an oversight? Hoping someone can take a look and get Cyclonic Burst working with Swooping Combos. Thanks.
