It's one thing to have a quest that revolves around bringing adds to crates within a certain time limit and then triggering THEM within a certain time limit in an area that constantly spawns new adds right next to you... But to then make it so it's entirely random whether or not adds will get affected by the crates' sleep gas? That has to be a bug. My experience with the "subdue Skullcrackers" part of the quest went as such: Trigger crate, grab aggro (because if you grab aggro first you'll get interrupted from triggering the crate), block as a bunch of adds jump over, and watch as one or NONE of them get affected by the sleep gas while it's repeatedly blowing out of the crate. And yes, they were all Skullcrackers. I did have a bit of success triggering the crate without getting spotted a couple of times, but again, adds spawning all over made that nearly impossible.
