Improvements how? Damage wise? Or cosplay wise? If you’re looking for more damage than there’s only so much you can do as a cosplay dps. If for cosplay than that’s pretty much it
If that’s the case than you can’t. Cosplay builds are just there to cosplay and have fun with your style. Not to be competitive. There isn’t a way to be competitive and cosplay at the same time. There just isn’t synergy. You have heat vision which you need solar amplifier to get it to hit aoe. But will this break your cosplay? You have freezing breathe which requires to be range because it has a narrow cone at close range. You have jackhammer which is a close range so this doesn’t synergize with freezing breath. You have whirlwind attack which again is melee so doesn’t work with freezing breath. Swoop attack that puts you in melee. Again doesn’t work well with range. And dust off which is a defensive supercharge to gain a shield. You can maybe use upheaval and pretend it’s superman fanning the air? Does it break cosplay? You could use that with range. But that’s it. You have all these attacks that can be used on there own but can’t be used on top of each other like dots as background damage.
Super Speed is broken and does far more damage than any movement mode. Swoop attack is cool and you can actually do two attacks with it if you have the feet mod. You didn't mention any artifacts except for Solar Amplifier. Put Amulet of Rao wait nevermind.... that's a troll artifact >_> take out swoop attack, you can just lunge at an enemy, take off dust off, maybe even change your power lol but if you're okay with having Crystal pet then go for it. Rage, Celestial and Atomic work well in my opinion for a Kryptonian theme toon. Because all three of them can use heat vision and freeze breath lol also, you're going to be squishy as a dps unless you're going for the skinny flash point test subject zero theme.
