I found that if u press the left movement key ( <- ) while writing the text in the submit feedback ingame option ur game will freeze and not move or show any kind of animation however u can still hear ppl talking u just cant interact with anything UI and have to (in my case) get out of fullscreen mode and use task manager to forcibly close the game
