Yes, but if they advertise to the same person 25 times in one day, that's called "stupid", bud. Spamming was one of the complaints when they first introduced this system.

Interestingly, the Summer Seasonal only gets advertised once, the first time I log in. It does not get advertised on every character. Which is the way they said it's supposed to work.
