The Starheart Iconic weapon does no seem to drop from Alan Scott. I have been farming the JSA headquarter and have not seen it.... but assumed I was just unlucky. But someone claim to have done it 500 times and no weapon dropped. No. People got the Hawkman and Hawkgirl maces in the same mission. Also the Starheart never was on the Broker. So either it is UBER rare for some reason... or it does not drop. Heck the Nekron Scuthe was on the Broker... for about 5 minutes...... but not the Starheart?? If I was a betting man... I would bet that it does not seem to drop.
The Starheart started dropping....... but....... After a few days it stopped dropping again. It has been days and days since nay dropped. A day of farming would drop a couple....... But now after days of farming..... it no longer seems to drop..
