SR: Inconsistencies with Execute moves SC generation

    Tested all the power sets Execute moves on a sparring target and noticed weird nuances between them.
    • Earth, Ice, Fire, Atomic, Sorcery, Celestial, Nature, Gadgets, Quantum- All moves hit 4 times generating 3-4 ticks ticks of 17 SC.(on full 4 ticks generates 68.)
    • Rage- Full combo does ticks of 39 and 34 respectively(yielding 73, most of all the sets, but last hit is melee range.)
    • Munitions, Electricity- Most consistent of the sets doing 7 hits and 7 ticks of SC at 8 per.( 56 generated and never seemed to differ between casts.)
    • HL- 6 hits yielding 3-5 ticks of 13.( 65 generated on max tick rate.)
    • Mental- 4 hits of damage but unlike the other generates no SC.(And no my SC wasn't full at the time.)
    Haven't seen this brought to light assuming it isn't intended and gear level/cr doesn't effect generation.I apologize for the informal set up and display of information( not good with computers and graphs etc.). Also I spent the least amount of time testing HL so I might have messed up on how many time it ticks but it is 13 per.
