I swear I've checked everywhere. But no one either wants to sell or give Speed-Metal Gear out. I've been looking everywhere is Speed-Metal gear impossible to get now??
Hmm... More than likely the Speed-Metal gear hype has run it's course; players are into the new and shiny Teen Titans/Kryptonian Time Capsule gear now so yeah, you will be hard pressed to find it. I think the main way of getting that gear at this point is to open Paradox time capsules; you may want to try to see if people are selling them on the broker. I am not sure if it drops in older content; if it does my guess would be Earth 3.
U can always ask for the time capsules they came in....im sure people who havent deleted would gladly give them up
