How come the speed force rings dont seem to work in the open world and only allow you to to move kind of fast but in your base you can move like a bat out of hell
It should work everywhere. Sometimes though if you have it in the (right?) ring slot instead of the (Left?), if you teleport somewhere it reconfigures your character back to its normal movement mode even though you still have the ring on. Not sure why this happens or why it only happens with one ring slot and not both. Basically change which slot it's saved in on your Armoury, then try it again. Keep in mind you need to have the boosted version of your movement mode bought with Skill Points in order to use the rings Superspeed too.
