Source Titans will hover in the air if knocked out in mid-air, and can end up in unreachable places to do the cog if noone has flight or skimming. This happens when tank is using lasso or any pull that throws them up. Saw this in normal mode, I don't suspect it happens much in elite as lasso is kinda pointless there.
