    help on the sign's of great ten collection. why is the tablet of the accomplished perfect physician so expensive?
    where can i get it? is it a quest reward? or something. its the most expensive collection of all the sign's of great ten collection.

    It's just rarer than the others. You can find it from collection nodes in Chinatown.

    opposite the china town police station on top of the building that is were i found my one. not garenteed to be there when you go but farm there you may get it.
