Open World – Dakota City

• Fixed issue causing freeing shadow caged civilians to not give credit for Static's daily mission

4-Player: Shock to the System: Meta-Therapy Clinic

• Fixed bug causing Parasite to get stuck and not attack

8-Player: Shock to the System: The Terrorium

• The boss cube will remain green for the entire raid - hoping this will be neutral enough to be less of a problem
• Reduced the cone radius for Nightmare Steel's Hammerang
• Added a tell for Nightmare Rocket's Kinetic Surge/Kineric Burst combo
• Reduced Nightmare Summoner's breakout immunity
• Added a numeric icon for each symbol in the Terrorium Tormnet mechanic
  • Intended to ensure the mechanic is visible to help with reports of the symbols being hard to see or sometimes not showing at all
• Under the Dome and There's Nowhere Like Dome feats can now be completed

General

• Dakota City vendor Stabilizer now correctly limited to 1 per week per account
• Updated several Episode 42 vendor items to be sold for Source Marks instead of Justice Tokens

Powers

• Word Of Power - Fixed a bug causing Word of Power buffs to incorrectly stack when multiple players use the ability near each other.
