The 4 mission feat for the villain side Punchline feat seems to be currently broken. Prior to the update, Two Face would give you the Two Bad mission and then the Seeing Double mission after completing the first one. With the revanp to leveling, the two missions have been combined into 1 mission, however, the feat still requires both missions.
