    Then do what the rest of us did and open a buttload of the appropriate Time Capsules, and then BUY the rest of the Collection Pieces on the Auction Broker! That's what I had to do to get it for the one character where I considered it a must-have. None of my other characters will get it until it comes to Style Unlocking, if it ever does.
