Scrap of the Soul Cloak, Supercharge bar fill, and transformations

    Start with the Scrap at level 80 or higher equipped and a full supercharge bar. Now go run something that transforms you such as the seahorse race in Atlantis, any LPVE instance, Silent School in the Cancer room. When you started your SC bar was full, but after you finish and are transformed back your SC bar is missing the extra that was granted by having Scrap leveled up.

    So it’s failing to account for the extra SC you are awarded by he artifact.

    In addition, if you are using the "Extended Supercharge" chest mod without the Scrap, this does not occur.

    And if you do something like the seahorse race or LPVE multiple times in a row, you can wipe out your supercharge bar without ever having fired it off in the first place.
