Hello guys, I bought 500 DB cash minutes ago, because I wanted to restore my character and so I did. I basically confirmed everything and had the needed funds, pressed "restore" and my character didn't even get restored. Can anyone help me? I am really anxious and annoyed, cause I spent real money to restore my deleted character. I had 1 free slot and my character isn't even showing up. I'm confused and upset. I have proof of buying and spending those 500 DB cash.
I have the game on Steam. I heard that this might be the problem, either way I want my character back, cause I paid for it.
I deleted my character so I can restore her again for several reason, I paid the DBC needed and it just took my Daybreak Cash and kept her deleted. Now I can't access this alt! I opened a ticket with support as well but the Devs should look into this bug asap.
