Hey there Batuba, onto Rage now. For Violence if you use the power the Plasma Burn PI will drop entirely after a few seconds and will not reapply unless you move out of range of the target and then back into range, which would never happen in a content situation. Violence is a very handy power for rage because its a mobile PI setup with a decent dot so this would be a concern (unless you have Grim at 160 etc) CLICK ME FOR VIDEO TIMESTAMP
I've gone ahead and fixed this. I don't think it will be ready for GU 96 but probably the next patch after that
