So, since everything was reclassified into new tiers. Have the different R&D plans been reallocated to the new tier system? I'm currently searching for the Bulldozer Soder MK2 plans, but not sure if it only drops from the older tier 2 stuff, or if they adjusted everything with the new tier system. Or if there are any plans to make the older research plans buyable at a vendor.
