I had been testing different specs in War Torn Village for a video. The buff markers weren't there when i started so I went on with my tests. After i was done i was told the area was still stat banded. When I went back to watch the video I had taken, sure enough the buff markers had returned after I had completed several tests. So i logged back in to check and discovered regardless of the buff marker being there, my stats were affected. this was done with the same gear just modded differently with different SP distribution. So i have 2 questions. 1. How should we expect stat banding to affect us going forward? 2. Should we even be seeing stat banding in stats revamp at all, outside of events, since your CR is only supposed to tell you what content you can run? Thanks in advance.
