Hey guys new here and was rolling an electric speedster but was wondering if I should've gone with gadgets? Anyone here have a troller with high Dom? How does it effect the abilities in the speedster tree? i.e. does vit scale speed drain? Vortex daze enemies? Cyclone Push blowback enemies more consistently? I'm looking to create a more flash like theme.
