It's okay for beginners, and if people are asking for loadouts, I can only assume they're new to it. Once they get a hang of it, they can experiment and find what works better for them.
Singularity is a wicked cool ability. I love the pull effect. But I hate the projectile nature of it so I don't use it. I use time shift instead. Quantum Tunneling rocks! Don't use that either in the current raids. They're so add heavy I tend to keep distortion wave on my bar for the extra aoe stun.
Since I mainly do pugs, I try to CC as much as possible when there are only DPS's... What I use most of the time is: 1 Anomoly (heal debuff/ great stun/ supercharge generator) 2 Temporal Extortion (group power heal) 3 Singularity (defense debuff/ aoe cc effect) 4 Event Horizon (group shield/ power heals) 5(a) Alcubierre Wave (damage debuff/ cc effect moves adds in front of me from behind) 5(b) Warp Barrage (damage debuff/ higher damage) 6 Quantum Tunneling (anti-aggro/ self weak shield)
