I purchased Hal Jordan from the marketplace. However, the only option I have to choose from is lowly robin. Hal shows up as locked. Is his chip somewhere special? It isn't in my in game mail or inventory. I assume I'm overlooking something simple.
Go to your Marketplace Tab. Click the Redeem Tab. Click the items you've bought and redeem them. Close Marketplace Tab. Open Inventory Tab. Right-Click item tokens. They are now activated for your character.
