Pros/Cons of Resto/Crit Heal for non-Healers?

  1. Baryon Boy New Player

Specifically in terms of SP investment.

I've been experimenting with the 35% supercharge self-heal in Light (name escapes me at the moment), and am wondering just how much difference spending SP on Restoration, Crit Heal Chance and Crit Heal Magnitude would effect it. It's kind of hard to do when I can't seem to find any hard data on the base power itself (such as base healing amount).

This goes for other sets with healing powers (Fire, Ice, Earth?, Quantum, etc etc) just a general topic I don't see asked/discussed very often.

    Thoughts?
  2. Drift Hazard Dedicated Player

For Fire, it works if only because they have a self-healing mechanic even outside the supercharges, plus it's one of their main methods of tanking, so yeah. For other powers, you're better off with spending other skill points. Reason being you don't really heal enough to warrant it. More so for controllers than tanks, as at least tanks have a reason to have an emergency power in order to survive.
