Preservation Seal Not Working?

    I tried up to upgrade my augment. I am fairly certain I put in a Seal, I have 37 of them. Not only did it fail. I have not gotten the usual drops for OP gear or the augments, maybe one it past few days.

    Seals of Preservation (purple ones) are not 100% breakthrough. They just safe your catalysts when failing.

    As for the drops: seems just unlucky?
