Careful using THAT word. Apparently it's a taboo word that can only be spoken of in the most secretive of back-channel whispers.
I'll support my league mates. I'd like to see a moderation panel. There's some problems with forum policies, moderation and community relations that need to be discussed. Rules and Moderation are arbitrary and not transparent at all. There's no accountability and there's only a superficial vehicle for appeal. The forum rules that we follow should be a code of conduct that also applies to SOE employees and representatives in their treatment of us. Interaction is 2 sided. The current problems only antagonize and exasperate your paying customers and players. It's contributing to the toxic nature of the community and the forum interactions.
Love the sig btw Ditto. I appealed my one and only suspension (a 5 day for my 1st time???) and never got a mail response, just the auto. If we are held accountable for what we say, who holds THEM accountable for how they moderate?
