When a ProbeTek henchman attacks with the hand blaster pulse beam, it creates multiple instances of a special electrified PI (blue color instead of orange). That PI doesnt interact with anything usable for our abilities and actually blocks a new PI to get added. It also lasts indefinitely so if you get it at the start of the fight, you wont be able to get another PI on that boss for the whole fight.
