I cannot claim the monthly DBC from my membership. If I click on this, the system offered a membership. But I already have a subscription and am an All Access Member. I play on the PC.
I have the same problem but worse - my payment is still listed at being 'in process' and has been for about a week. When I logged in a few hours ago I was met with the 'you've got too many characters and need to deactivate some' message and yet my payment is still 'in process'. This is somewhat less than ideal. I logged a support ticket and got an e-mail saying that they don't offer weekend services and I'm in a queue (that last bit I understand: I'm British, we can queue very patiently). That having been said ... the idea that players won't have issues over a weekend is somewhat odd.
