Aside from the obvious ways (vendors, marketplace, etc), what are some other ways we could obtain allies in game? What about “Build an Ally”? What if you had to scour the game for the broken pieces of a character and “save” them by putting them back together again? This would most easily make sense with robotic characters like Red Tornado, Amazo and even Brainiac; but it could apply to others as well. Maybe a magical Ally needs certain artifacts brought together to free them from a magical trap (such as Dr Fate’s soul being scattered into various artifacts like his helmet, amulet, cape, etc)? What if we need to reassemble the broken pieces of a Phantom Zone projector to free Ursa or Zod? I think it would be a nice immersive way to go about it. If we save these characters from a horrible fate, that’s a good start at a friendship right there.
