Ever since the switch to PS4, whenever I use Hand Blasters on my Hard Light character, nothing comes out. While it seems as if its working, but there nothing coming out of them. Is this happening to anyone else?
It should be clarified that it only happens on the Villain side. My HL Hero does not have this problem.
Kyle Rayner refilled the reserve last month, should be working fine. Just you know, when it runs out again the Universe goes poof.
