Alright, long story short of the situation, a friend of mine was on holiday in the UK, being the wonderful friend that she is, she bought a UK psn code for me as a gift. Coincidentally, i have a US account, rendering her car unusable by me. Basically i'm wondering if trying to organise a trade with a nice enough EU player would in anyway violate DBG's TOS. Essentially, I'm hoping we could trade a US card for the EU one i have.
