1. Ash Inferno Well-Known Player

   

   I can't seem to access my collections in the, Deeds section of the UI. I can't access briefings or investigations either. The message just says, "No collections to Manage". I'm on USPS4 server. I did a system restart and rebooted the game and still nothing. Has anyone else noticed this?
