New Elite weapon and jewelry

    Wish that DC would have made this new DLC a little more alt friendly especially with regards to the New Elite weapon and jewelry in the New vendor hard enough with all the lag to farm it on one toon should be able to unlock it at a reduced cost like the other gear.......if you already got it on one toon
