Need Help

Hi guys, I’ve been unable to play the game for almost a year, I keep getting the world disconnect screen after character selection, I have been talking to support for the entire time with no results, I’m on PC.

Does anyone on here have any ideas what could be causing this?

What version of Windows do you have? DCUO now only plays on 7 or higher - Vista was discontinued.

Use to have that problem in the beginning when attempting to play the game from an external Hard Drive via a USB hub (as opposed to connecting the XHD directly to the lap top)

Try Validate game assets.
A year..... you might need mental health assessments. I'm not kidding.

or just get an xbox or ps4. Far simpler option, and much cheaper than even a low end gaming pc

Still can’t play

Maybe select a different character? Create a new one?
Test ping?
Uninstall then reinstall the whole game?

That's all I can think of... is DCUO the only game that has this issue on your pc?

Updated your graphics card drivers?

Which windows? Did you enable dcuo in teh windows firewall? enablled in your security soaftware?
Is your PC free of malware?
