Name that style!

Ok hey any help would be much appreciated!
Im looking for a hand style i believe or hand blaster i searched high and low through numerous wikis and couldnt find it.
Its painfully simple just 3 bright white rings that go from bigger to smaller from wrist down.
Thank you for your help if anybody has any info or even a name so i can research to find out what its called or where it drops.

Sounds like the handblaster style you get for doing metropolis home turf mission.

I've gotten the style on villain side from doing the iconic arkham instance fight.

Could it be the Spirit Wolf ones? Those have three rings also. I think they're all ugly so I just go bare hands. Looks more powerful too. I like the Diabolic ones that drop in TP, but those are too demonic for my heroic taste.

Nope. Google searched to confirm with op.

The drop rate is not definite, but i usually had more luck getting the style when doing the instance with HB.

Oh ok, I was gonna ask what the name of that Astronomy banner is.
