Within the last week, the controller trinket that spawns the pet from "Tides of War' content has disappeared. I contacted customer and received this response: Thank you for contacting customer support. I am sorry to hear that you are missing an item. In order for us to further assist you in this matter, we will need more information. Please update this ticket with the name of the item which you are missing. My problem is that it is difficult to recall the name of the trinket....well, since I now longer have it. After Googling several tries, I thought this forum would know in a second. Can anyone help me out.
