Missing Characters

Ok I logged to eat dinner then came back logged in and I get choose your world. what the heck is this

Didn't you know? All characters were deleted, we start over now! It's fun!!!

Thanks yea I opened a ticket 4hrs ago just hoping they fix it. Cause I am not farming sp and gear again.
