Meteor does not function properly... when in the speed force ruptures. Depending on your targets position, if the target is not directly in the middle where the ceiling is highest you will only get burning dots and no burst damage. This seems to function often in rooms with low ceilings.
Hasn't this been an issue since the Fire Revamp demo video? I recall the same thing happening to Spytle when he was demoing the new meteor. Too funny.
