    Dev's Please make mental's pain blast and sleep exclusively out from just being used in the invisible ability list and able to be use outside that list also. Bastion cool down is to long compared to other some other powerset group shields. . Mass Hystriais way to short 15 seconds . please make mass hysteria a 30% supercharge if it's only going to last 15 seconds. Please make bolt barrage a 50 percent supercharge
