I'm a legendary player and I cannot claim my 500 daybreak cash nor did I receive my replay badges but I know my Membership didn't run out because i can still claim my member daily rewards

I suggest putting in a ticket with customer service; they would be able to help with looking at your account and giving you a solution. Let them know what day your account is charged for the membership to make things go faster.
It's worth noting that if your membership runs out part way through a month, you can still claim your daily rewards for the rest of the month, so being able to claim them doesn't mean that your membership hasn't expired.
I'm a full member as well on PS4 and have been wondering why i haven't received my monthly stuff as well. Everyday i log in and check my replay badge count. Nothing happening.
