We have most of the Level V plans on test, they are nice stat upgrades over Level IV.

Thank god. The jump from III to IV was disappointing.

Anyone know anything about the lvlV expert mods?

Not sure if everyone will think these are big upgrades but here are some examples from the plans I have on Test:

Precision & Might V - 28 Precision 25 Might
Restoration V - 47 Restoration
Vitalization V - 23 Vitalization
Vitalization & Precision V - 16 Vitalization 28 Precision
Restoration & Health V - 33 Restoration 69 Health

A leaguemate has Precision V but I can't remember what the stats are off the top of my head.
