While Decorating my Manor base I came across a bug in the hallway. Some items can not be placed on the floor of the intersecting section of the hallway. This is on both hallways going left and right. It looks like the floor itself is lower then the rest of the hallway. Link to video below.
Going up grand staircase left and entering hallway, the corner area in front of cubby hole I can place a themyscarian heavy weapon rack but the light weapon rack will not give me a green status for placement. The racks are identical for the most part, just different weaponry displayed. I wanted them displayed side by side but only one gives a green placement status, the heavy one. This entire area is glitchy as rugs cannot be placed either. Also tried to place an elegant trunk, also failed to go green status.
